cdp OP master C Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 3,691 MO	I got (2). Both from the same reputable vendor. Bought one separate, then the other came in a full pan kit (which is pretty nice). Sent them an email with pics, but no response as of yet. My thoughts are that they are just reselling and all are coming from same supplier.

Over the years I've seen pickups that appeared to have rolled threads and those that appeared to have cut threads. I saw an OEM pickup with cut threads completely fail due to vibration. Not pretty. I vaguely remember the problem being straight threads versus tapered threads. Either one can be reproduced. 67 Coronet 500 9.610 @ 139.20 mph 67 Coronet 500 (street car) 14.82 @ 94 mph 69 GTX (clone) - build in progress......
