Seems to me that $35,000 for an unfinished restoration - and still needing an engine rebuild - is well above the market for a '70 Swinger 340 AT car.
And that's assuming it's restored to the fender tag & Broadcast Sheet.
It does look very nice, though. But unfinished, I'm thinking low-20s would be the max winter market range.

There are a few A-bodies out there for sale that appear to be turn-key in the $35K range, and some of them have been for sale for a while.

I agree, much too high. Maybe if it was already back together and running good.
