Guys this is a 79 w150 Power wagon, 318 automatic seems pretty much stock but there are no signs of suspension mods BUT is it lifted or stock and tires make it deceiving?

Does it have a suspension lift or stock?

I think it's stock height looking at the driver's side pic. The pic of the passenger side gives the appearance of a 2-3 inch lift, but I'm guessing my eyes are deceiving me. shruggy

My 79 looks about the same, and is all stock. What size tires and rims?

The 4x4 Dodge trucks I had during that era didn't seem that high to me, so the big tires might be throwing it off.

One look at the front leaf springs where they bolt to the axle will tell you if the springs are stock, Dodge used a 3 leaf spring pack with the springs bolted directly to the front axle. more leafs, real thick leafs, or any spacer means a chassis lift kit.

One look at the front cab mounts will tell the story about a body lift. One 2" high rubber bushing between the frame and the body is standard. Body lift kits usually had 2 rubber bushings stacked, or an added spacer above the bushing. If the cab was lifted, its likely the bed was also lifted the same amount. Dodge either built the truck with the bed on a 3/8" rubber, or the bed was bolted directly to the frame (depending on the year). .

It is definitely lifted. The stock front springs are flat, not arched. The stock size tire is 31.5" diameter so those tires are just wider.

Both trucks pictured look lifted to me, but I'm not an expert on the W trucks.
I had a '79 Chevy K10, and at stock height, old springs, and 10.50x31s it was fairly high.
I'm 6' tall and I had to basically jump up into the cab.

You can tell right away the front springs are positive arch causing the lift. Stock are flat and negative arch.
