That does look nice, and not too wacky on price, given mileage & condition.
Kinda depends on what "minimal needs" means, though: I see some seat work, but nothing else.
(I sold my more-needy-but-shiny-red '79 GM Squarebody K10 pretty quickly for $10,000 a few months ago for reference).

That's a lot of black to keep clean !
