Thanks guys It will be going to the dragstrip soon. In street trim on the road race tires (so 4270 race weight, 4100 without me). Just installed a 4.56 and ordered a carbon fiber driveshaft so I can raise the rev limiter. DGS I forgot to respond, it's only that close now to get the alignment correct while building it. When done I'll trim it back for more clearance and connect the two with a rubber coupler. (Though there is little movement with the schumacher motor mounts)

Thanks guys! Getting it ready for paint was more work than I thought. Then of course, as I usually screw up the wrinkle paint, this one is no exception so I'm removing it all to try again. I was happy to cut the top as I didn't like the little plug in the side of it for my non-existent breather hose. (it's just a reproduction) Wrinkle paint on that much surface area is a be-otch to get consistent! I've done air cleaners and it takes some practice to make it look "right".
'63 Dodge 330 11.19 @ 121 mph Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs. 10.01 @ 133mph with a 250 shot of nitrous an a splash of race gas. 1.36 60 ft. 3,700 lbs.
