I took my drivers Ed in a 70 4 door Plymouth Valiant with a three on the tree.

I like how the article states that former students wanted to come back and redo driver's Ed, so they could drive the Cuda. When I took that course through high school, we had brand new '81 K cars on loan from the local Plymouth dealership. BORING

Speaking of 'Cuda's........ Back about '82 when I took Drivers Ed in school, one of the films we watched had a red and white Barracuda/'Cuda in it (don't remember which it was) and I'm almost certain it was a '70. With the advent of the interwebs and YouTube, I've searched for that film to no avail.......

As I mentioned earlier, we had K cars for our test driving. One old guy who was the calculus/ trigonometry teacher...was a REAL hardass on everyone who got stuck driving with him. He literally looked like a mad scientist...sorta like Doc Brown from Back to the Future... but meaner. If you didn't do something right, he would scream at you!
