Josh and his guys are great and really are Gen 3 hemi experts and innovators. With that said I am pretty sure BES does all the engine building for them.

BES does a lot of the High end HHP stuff, complete engines, very few Long/Short blocks.

BES has done a few Gen III's for a friend of mine. He seems to be very happy with them.
