I guess with the demise of our local dragstrip here in Denver, we will see more of this stuff going up for sale...:(

I agree. Those seats sure do look comfy!

Roadkill said they are building a new strip. Area that one is in has gotten too valuable. That does look like a deal, except if it won’t fire it might turn out to not be.

I want my fair share

From what I understand, Amazon bought the property, cuz thats what they do. Own the world, The Bandimere's are looking to build a new facility out east of Denver, where there is no sniveling about noise ordinances. That track was there long before the smashed together track homes across the highway. Yay America.

The car looks a bit rough to me, but for that price I could make it nice in short order.
It's a bit early for my timetable, and if it checks out, I would think it will sell fairly quickly.

As for tracks vs developers, that's been a bummer since the '70s when I was in SoCal.
Basically the modern version of settlers vs cattlemen, in a way.
Last I heard, the Bandimeres are looking at some property out by the airport, right ?

Yes...near Denver International. Not much chance of shutting DIA down, so Bandimere should be good to go!
