Ok is this correct?

The 69 cars center carb had bowl vent but no vent tube to the valve cover breather.
The 71 cars center carb had bowl vent and the vent tube running to the valve cover breather.
The 70’s I thought just had the vented bowl and no tube like the 69’s but I have seen it both ways?
Was there a date change over or is on just wrong? My 70 auto carb does not have the tube, and a single port breather on the valve cover.

The enclosed bowl vent with 3/8” hose nipple was first used in 1970 for all cars built for sale in California. All 71’ and up production used this design, hose would connect to the breather cap. The 49-state 70’ cars still used the open bowl vent valve.

I've owned two '70 v-code Charger R/T's. The first one,, a non-Cali car just had the flapper like in '69. The current one I have is a California car and hence, has the bowl vent with the hose going to the crankcase vent on the valve cover. The crankcaase vent also has the third nipple with a hose going to the vent tube attached to the inner passenger side fender and running back to the gas tank.

Over the years I have seen some original early 69 1/2 center carbs that have never been apart with no bowl vent at all.
