Wish I could help. I think quality control has gone way down. Bought a pair of TTI headers for my Cuda with 572-13 heads and they are the biggest pos I've ever had. Hit the starter (yes its one of the listed ones) and both banks land on the transmission. Absolutely no way to slide on the collectors. I guess I now know why TTI discontinued them. Its terrible that with what we pay dor something that is supposed to fit and they aren't even close.
I think my friends run hedmen headers for that yr. Pretty sure they use a RB though.
Ok

the best fitting headers.......are the ones you make or have made. It takes a lot of time to do a nice set, but afterwards you will be happy. IF you have the skills its not that much money, but to pay someone to make them its expensive. An alternative is to take a set that some tubes fit and just make some alterations to the tubes that dont fit. Cut the collector off and change to a slip on style. Also cut the flange so one tube at a time bolts on. This alone makes installation a lot easier. Maybe you luck out and just takes a few simple mods to move one or two tubes around to make them fit well.

Cab I would need at least an inch to clear the transmission. I can weld somewhat but not enough to modify the headers. They will get fixed this winter. Already have it lined up. Passenger side will be pretty easy. Cut the tubes, spin the lower section and reweld. Drivers side the same fir 1 & 7 but 3 & 5 will be a major rework.
Ok
