On a member's profile, there is a listing titled "Last seen", what does it mean?
On a few members deceased for years, it suggests they have been seen this year/recently?
Is there an explanation?

Someone other than the deceased obviously. Is that allowed indefinitely?

From what I can tell, passwords don't have a time limit here on moparts. Maybe a family member or friend who knew the password signed in? Maybe someone used a computer that still has the password saved to auto populate? Are the members you're talking about posting?

Don't know, but the fact the deceased were "last seen" then begs that question. It is nice to know if you are conversing with a long-established member vs anybody with just password access, but I guess it might provide some plausible deniability for one's past posts?

When you click on a user name, you can see what posts they created and what posts they just commented on. I can't think of a particular example at the moment, but there have been a few times over the years where someone posted and it seemed out of character. Maybe this is the reason? Hmmmm......
