I guess there is bang for buck ratio for every engine solution, but, if I remember correctly "Engine Masters" felt thru testing a log style turbo exhaust left a lot on the table power wise vs a full tube turbo manifold.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

Have you priced one? Did it fit? I just found the site and looks like they price out at a grand for done set and about half of you want to build it yourself. Just posting it because a few members in the past were looking for turbo options and some (like myself) are not in a position to make their own set. JCC, I remember that test and it great info. For those on the board that were looking for something that could be used for a bit more competitive, convenient or wanting to go full race mode, they offer a few choices. The negative part of using manifolds is where you’re looking to have the exhaust exit and manifolds may be a little restrictive. Headers can be repaired and modified if needed while manifolds if damageged would need to be sources and replaced, not something someone wants to worry about before a race. Plus, front mount headers for mopars out the box is nice. Anyone building turbos products for mopars should be shown support as we don’t have major companies fighting to build specific products for our drivetrains/vehicles.

Stainless Headers is a good company. I buy a lot of my 321 and 304 stainless from them. It's all Rath/Gibson tubing, so excellent quality and US manufactured.
Bend quality is pretty good, would be what Burns sell as B-stock, so comes down to cost versus fitment time.

$1000.00 doesn't sound out of line, especially if one compares turbo headers to some of the TTI headers for a big block. stating now, i don't know a thing about turbos. just a casual observation. your mileage will vary.

Seems reasonable. But I can get stainless LS headers for under $200
I have a set hanging on the wall as wall art You can occasionally find stainless headers for Mopar applications that look like exact duplicates of other company's mild steel products on eBay. Just depends when the Chinese factory makes a run.

from the measuring and test fitting I've done before I built the TT setup in my Fury and doing mock up for the eventual one in my Coronet, A arms, PS, and alt all normally have issues with straight ahead forward manifolds. You would want to talk to them about what bodies they've tested on and what were the FMEA configurations tested.

One of the things i have learned works well with the big block pattern on the flanges is to add an upper and lower fastener between the two center exhaust ports. This spot was a constant troublesome area for leaks.I never used gaskets on the exhaust and had extremely minimal leakage after doing this. Look at the carbon trace on the head…
