Try a 850 cfm carb for a start, maybe you can borrow one? Next steep looking for a good 10" converter... Turbo Action or another good brand.

With 3.91s, you should tell a difference with the timing all in earlier than 3,000. With those gears, I typically shoot for all in by 2,000 as long as it doesn't ping in high gear when cruising.
Does anyone else feel that the 1.80 60' is too soft? 1.60 should be a reasonable target that a street car could achieve. That alone should put the car nearly half way to the desired goal. And the only way to get there is to experiment, experiment, experiment. A Go Pro to shoot the rear at launch can be a lot of help to see what is happening.
Master, again and still

Any idea what the actual flash stall speed is.
Has the car been weighed with driver.
In a nutshell, the typical street/strip 3800lb car that isn’t all that sorted out will take about 525hp(STP corrected at the crank) to run high 11’s in the 1/4. The less optimized the rear gear and converter are..........the more power it’ll take to cover up for other deficiencies.
Looking at HP alone, at 3800lbs........to go from 12.55 to 11.75 will require a gain of about 80hp.

If you’re chasing ET, there is def some left on the table if you’re running a converter that flashes 2800 coupled with a cam that’s 245@.050.
This is where the soul searching has to begin......... how much street friendliness is one willing to give up to knock the ET’s down.
My mid-11 combo from 1991....... 3575lbs 448 making 500hp(mild ported 906’s, RB ssh-44 cam, 2” headers, Torker 2, Holley 850) 10” converter(almost 4000 flash) 4.10’s, SS springs, lite weight wheels and tires, 29.5 x 10.5 slicks
Went mid-11’s at 118
The change to a 9” converter that flashed 4900 and some 4.56’s resulted In low 11.20’s@121+
If you’re serious about chasing ET, first thing I’d try is unfortunately one of the least enjoyable to do..........the converter. I’d get a 9.5” in there.

I have been planning on a new converter anyway, I guess the time to change it will be when I install The source heads since the exhaust will be out of the way. The heads swap and converter change will put a smile on your face and likely get you to your goals. Your plan seems perfect to me
