Not too bad considering what others are asking for E-bodys way worse than this one. I'm not a fender & paint guy so this would be a better starting point in my mind. Of course you'd need to get some eyes on it before making any kind of decision.

Orange paint on the outside, yellow engine bay, green interior. Price is not far off, but still needs $$$ to be right.

That black stuff is likely POR-15, or Rust-Mort, or some other product that stops/converts rust...or hides it...

With all the money spent on new metal, why would you short cut proper floor repair - or at least do a better job of it? I'll bet the panel gaps are out of whack too.
