There was recently. A female ground crew I think down in TX. a few months ago. She was in a definite no go zone as the heavy pulled up to the gate.

I remember seeing a video of an Air Force ground guy getting sucked into an engine, but I believe he lived? If we're thinking of the same video, that guy had a helmet on with the chinstrap unbuckled. The helmet got sucked off of his head and into the engine just before he was pulled into the engine, and the helmet caused the engine to shut down.
Earning every penny of that moderator paycheck.
