My previous post may have been a bit confusing so I decided to repost.
I am looking for a 340 six pack intake. The original I currently have on my 38 was unbeknownst to me, repaired before I bought it years ago and I suspect it may nave an internal crossover leak. I would like to find a replacement. I don't care about the numbers thing as it's not on a T/A or AAR,
So, 3 questions.

1. I have a friend with an NOS direct connection intake, he thinks 2100 is a fair price, seems a bit steep to me shruggy I like the idea of it being non- bubbafied but OUCH!!!

2. What would a used direct connection intake be worth?

3. If it's an original AAR/TA intake in good useable condition with no repairs what's a fair price?

I don't know the market so hoping for some input

TIA beer

I restore six packs and watch all the prices pretty closely. There are some NOS ones out there and the most expensive non oem NOS ones I’ve seen was 1500. I don’t know if it sold. Used oem can be had for 900-1250 range that I’ve seen. I’ve has a chance to buy them in this range. The non oem ones are not wanted by the AAR/TA crowd. 2100 is way too much for an aftermarket piece in my opinion.

they can ASK whatever they want.
the ask price doesn't matter until it actually sells.

Thank you PH, beer but Mr T is right up
he might get his price IF it were an NOS AAR / T/A intake but the over the counter aftermarket part hurts its value substantially IMO twocents
