So what do you use to stop the studs from leaking coolant ?
This is my 340 T/A engine with the stock cast iron T/A heads. Thanks , Kevin

Had a small leak on my 340 after installing new studs . Mine sealed up on their own after a few heat cycles.

I had a set with three studs that kept seeping until I used red high-temp RTV on the threads and in the hole. I used a rubber coupler with air chuck and regulated compressed air down to 10 psi so I could soap test the studs.

Just like exhaust pipe joints, will tend to seal themselves from rusting, unless it's more then seepage.
