This was in the trunk of a '68 Satellite I had. Is it the OE jack? If so, what is a realistic value of it?

T-post is right, and the rest looks legit too; pretty sure the longer tire iron is the right one, need to check mine.
The attachments are a bonus.
They seem to go for around $150-$200 depending on condition & if the date code works for the buyer.
I sold a very nice '68-'69 T-post, base & hook for $150 last year.
