Black engine compartment would have to be fixed for sure. Resale red = proceed with caution. Edit: Is there a black painted chain coming off the traction bars? Yes..I see the chain also on the traction bars. This had to be a race car at some point in time, with the rear wheel wells cut up, and other cue's.... like no outside mirrors. Plymouth Makes It!
