Will a 28 12.0 fit right on a 15 inch wide wheel? Looking so get the 33 16's off my chassis car and I've got two sets of these 28's

You might get the tire to mount up on that wide of a rim, but then the tire would be cuped in.
You need more like a 10 inch wide rim for those tires

Will it fit right? What is your defination of fit right I know NHRA stocker guys that ran nine inchxthirty tall slicks on 12 inch rims to make the tires work better. I also know 10.5 outlaw racers that use 15 inch wide rims on there 10.5x33x15 slicks to make the cars go faster so the call is up to you

Thats kinda what im talking about as in would it physically fit the rim without issues. I know it will look alittle off but it will move the the place where the rim contacts the tire out closer to the actual tread area. I will eventually get the right wheels for the rear and not have to worry about it but for now im stuck with what ive got if I want to get it on the track soon.
