And it's very nicely done. Tomorrow I buy a Lotto ticket laugh2
Seems an ambitious asking price, and almost no info.
A few incorrect details, but someone got a lot of stuff right that's most often incorrect...

Wonder why they put a bench seat in it where it came with buckets?

Also the right manual mirror. High dollar car should be more correct asking that kind of money.

Shouldn't it have the tach in the dash with the 4 speed, or was that always an option?

I'm referring to '68-'70 Road Runners, not the upper trim levels.
I've owned several of them, and all the 4-speeds had black carpet regardless of interior color.
In the last discussion about that, someone showed where it was described in the salesman's guide.
Maybe some assembly errors came through, but I'm referring to what's supposed to be in there.

my convertible is a 4 speed. tan carpet originally in it.
my hardtop is a 4 speed. blue carpet originally in it.
I was told there was a period of time that the supplier ran out of some 4 speed carpet so the black was installed in place of some of the other low volume colors until they were back in stock at Lynch, St. Louis and LA.

Very nice looking Road Runner. Whoever restored it should I put bucket seats back in it. Also this car was built on my brother's birthday September 27th.

Im just the opposite. I would actually preferred the bench seat interior.
hell, I would have converted it to white interior anyway.

BUT, no matter this car is way WAY outta my price range anyway so my 2cents is moot point

If that window sticker is to be believed, it’s another rm21 that picked up the a87 b pillar trim along the way. Also not optioned for it separately as we’ve discussed on other threads. I’d have a hard time spending lotto winnings on a car priced that high that had so many “liberties” as they say.

I want my fair share

Hi Guys,
I love the car. I have a white 383 car with the same interior code. When I researched that from the fender tag, it said M2B was a medium level vinyl bench seat in blue. I think the window sticker is wrong for that callout, which seems weird??

The copy of the window sticker is a fantasy piece. Fender tag says blue bench seat. And for 179K, you would think it would have the correct air grabber.

Had some time to look at that M2B interior code: it's the base interior in blue.
M6B would be the buckets.
So, not an A87 car, but it appears the A87's B-pillar molding was available separately.
That's code M07 in the Ordering Guide. Seems an odd option, and I've never seen them on a known-original car, but appears possible.
Whether the car is legit as far as documentation & options & such would require original BS and/or window sticker, if they exist.
