Not on Craigslist they don’t.

This particular 'Bird could bring over $200K easily. Low mileage, great color, 6-barrell, buckets with console and numbers matching. WINGNUT

Looks like a classic "old guy" ad. "No emails or texts". Possibly a seller that isn't internet savvy.

My "Brand X" car that I found on CL a couple of years ago was an ad like that. The car turned out to be a real gem and the guy was really nice.

'67 is an abbreviation of 1967
67' is an abbreviation of 67 feet
They are not interchangeable.

Odds are its on several Craigslists postings around the country.

Its cheap way to advertise a high end car , . That said, will it sell for that? who knows,

Can it sell for that????, IMO , YES ! ,,,,, IF the right buyer sees it

Those cars have brought some serious money as of late so it just might pull in that area.

I want my fair share

Agree as prices as they are these days, I could see it going for $275K at a hot auction.
If it was a 4 spd, for sure. Auto detracts some, but some like automatics.

I could see it going privately for $250K to a buyer with the resources , assuming it all checks out.

And is there a phone number in the ad? I didn't see one - says calls only. Scam?

Number and E-mail are in the ad. Guy is looking for a serious buyer without all the E-Bay, Bring a Trailer, and Hemmings crap. My bets he has talked to several guys with intent and funds to buy such a car.

From what I've been seeing, $200k seems to be the top end. Nice car.

Facts are stubborn things.

I don't think pulling from 5 years ago, including Mecum and BJ, and Hemi cars, 4 speed cars, is all that representative of right now on Craigslist.

Like anything else. Price depends on in person condition,

I know of someone whom recently bought a FJ5 limelight Bird, 440 U code car. with column auto, and I dont think he paid anywhere close to $200k. but it was 6 figures for sure

Can you elaborate on what kind of condition the one you know about that was recently bought? ( ie. was it a driver, or full restored, number's matching or NOM, etc.. )
