Got a new Mopar Performance clutch pack rebuild kit today for a Dana 60.
The included instructions as well as any other tech info I can find calls for the clutchs to be installed in this sequence:
Side gear - flat disc - flat plate - dished disc - disc plate.
The new kit only contains dished plates and dished discs for all locations.
Has there been a change? Has anyone ran into this?
Maybe Doctor Diff or John Kunkle ????

New style Dana 60 power-lock clutch packs with fiber plates are assembled:

1. Clutch hub (starting point)
2. Flat plate with ears
3. Dished disc**
4. Flat plate with ears
5. Dished disc**
6. Flat plate with ears

**Assemble dished disc with ID contacting outer plates.

Drench clutch plates in straight friction modifier additive as you assemble them.

Torque case half bolts to 80 lbs. Use red loc-tite on threads.
