I want to replace the front wheel spindles on the 62 Dodge Polara 500..I can't seen to find any new ones like the originals. Everything seems to be for changing to disc brakes. Trying to stay original. Anyone know of actual replacements?

Odds are that you're only going to be able to find used ones for staying with a totally stock factory setup.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

In my mind these are not a wear item unless they have had a bearing race spin on them or been in a serious accident, etc.

If yours are messed up somehow a good clean used pair off a parts car would be fine I'd think.

it's always sad in my mind to toss good factory take off items. i have been stashing that stuff forever, 50+ years.
i have been trying to "clean house" for the last couple of years, so when i croak, "somebody else" won't have to deal with the "collection".
however, many times, nobody seems to want that stuff, even at free prices, so in the trash it goes.
then it never fails, someone comes around and says : "you don't still have that [fill in the item you need here] on your shelf that's been there for all these years i looked at it ?"
it just figures............. laugh2

For me is almost instant.

The day after I scrap something, I get a project and need something I just scrapped the day before.

This reminds me of my luck wit stocks, Buy 100 0r 1000 shares and it's GUARANTEED TO PLUMMET to the depths of hell,
Within 1 month of selling it will ROCKET to the Moon.
Musk has actually contacted me consulting for his space program. He commented that they would employ me and do the opposite of what i suggested. Said it was an investment he could bank on LOL

Well, I scrapped two B body 62's late last year when I could find no interest here. I have a complete set available being replaced soon by a Reilly IFS when I get around to it.
They should rather common and available I would think.
They ain't a wear item, what is up?

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

Warren Buffet has said that's what he hopes for every time he buys stock so he can buy more, cheaper.
