Hey guys.... still working on my dash when I came across this and can not find anything about it. I'm stumped. It's next to the ash tray in the roadrunner dash. What is it?

Thanks for saving my sanity! Makes complete sense now. Should have taken more and better pictures of the disassembly 10 years ago.
