Any idea why export division is stamped on this voltage regulator? Would it still be the same as the domestic one?

Youd think it would be the same especially with a normal part number. Maybe it's some way of identifying parts that might have been taxed differently at some point or something to make sure large quantities of parts destined for export weren't ending up in domestic vehicles or something.
