I’m looking for info on the bumpers (stops) that set the normal upright position of the bucket seat backs. The only replacement parts I can find are the large white plastic spacers and flat head screws that attach to the bottom of the seat backs. They are listed as being correct for 70-72 B & E body, but my 71 Cuda has a different set-up with a spring in it. Does anyone know what would have originally come on a 70 B body? Thanks in advance.

Nylon bumper for 1970 through early 1971 model years. Some early cars have been found with black bumpers.

The spring type came to be for approximately the last half of the 1971 model year.

Thanks very much for the help. My Cuda is a very late 71, so that makes sense. The factory parts book was absolutely no help LOL! I couldn’t make sense of it at all. They have the seat latch striker mixed up with the actual door striker, along with other typos and errors. Thanks again
