I have another thread here about my unhappiness with how low my hotchkis springs sit and wanting to raise the front but finding adjustable brackets that raise and not lower the front is not working well, anyone know of a source, thanks

There is a reason they are proving hard to find. The correct way to raise the rear suspension ride height is to use a higher arch spring, although we have all seen the longer rear shackles you you pick up at a generic parts store back in the day. Those induce a bunch of issues to suspension geometry too. The Hotchkis springs are a well-engineered solution that can really enhance a cars handling when combined with a complete suspension re-configuring including lowering the ride height.

If you want your car to have a stance that sits higher and has a nice rake to the body, you will also need to increase the front suspensions caster to compensate for that increased rear height. I have tried numerous rear suspension "fixes" over the decades looking for a practical ride height with a nice rake, that handles good while still being able to hook-up gobs of torque and horsepower AND provide a smooth ride. I am finally relatively happy with the rear set-up I have in the car now, which does not include any Hotchkis components. I also don't autocross or road course the car. If I did, I would use Hotchkis's package.

Thanks, I tried to use Hotchkis products to solve a problem I didn't have now to have a new problem. Could just start with new springs from ESPO, even stock spring hangers are 1" lower than hocthkis hangers, so maybe I'll try this and if its not good at least I have new hangers that I'll use with the new springs. I like the front UCA from Hotchkis

Just run the stock hanger that is 1” lower.

That’s what I did with my Hotchkis leaves. Been that way for 10 years

Remember to check pinion angle. I had to put a few degree shim for the stock hanger. If it was the Hotchkis ones, I would have had to put more.
