70 challenger and speedometer stopped working. If I take speedometer cable housing off transmission will I lose all of the transmission fluid ?

No, if you just remove the cable. If you take the speedo housing out, you will lose some.

If you need to pull housing jack it up so fluid pools back and barely lose any.

The back, IE: Jack up the rear end so the tailshaft fluid runs forward wink

if your removing just the cable you shouldn't lose any. One can also then use a variable speed drill to check the cable and speedo itself. Also verify that the cable has not rounded out to opening in the gear smile

I did mine a few months ago and normal jacking and I didn't lose any. One word of advice from just doing it recently: lube that cable up really well with something like Kable-Ease, install the cluster side, then the tranny side.
