My dad is stranded there with a 2005 chrysler 300c that won't start, put a new computer in and had the local dodge dealer program the VIN (6 hours labor ?!?!?!?!) and it still won't start and they are trying to charge him $750 to diagnose it???? Is there anyone nearby who could help him?

I am not causing global warming, I am just trying to hold off a impending Ice Age!
