Couple times I did it, had to use a cordless drill and spot weld cutter in the salvage yard, really does not take much time to drill the spot welds. And if you use the right cutter it will weld in and look perfect.

They pretty much stopped making much of anything for the older Plymouth/Dodges.

I got two new inner replacement fender wells with the bracket that welds onto the firewall yesterday from AMD for my 1969 Dart GTS that had them cut up for fenderwell headers years ago before I bought it the first time. boogie
I'm thinking that the firewalls from 1962 to 1965 B bodies are probably the same, maybe not shruggy scope

My friend Dave (248 719 6501) had made some a few years ago. He may still have them. Jim Kramer (724 285 5566) may have some as well.

Did you happen to check these out over on FBO?

https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/64-fury-wiper-rust-out.168334/

https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/cowl-rust-repair.163953/

I tried those mentioned above and those listed in these articles to no avail last summer and body guy ultimately built a new one. I believe the most challenging part was right around the wiper arm and he may have reused that portion. As mentioned in these articles you will likely find a mess underneath if you havent opened it up yet.

Good luck.
