Hi all,

The PO of my car gave me an aluminum intake manifold that looks like an Edelbrock Performer 440. The number "2191" is cast on the underside, but there's no "Edelbrock" logo cast on the top (see pics. below). Can anyone tell me if this is a real Edelbrock, or perhaps just a copy? Thanks for any information.

Roger

yes, Looks like a Performer someone ground the logo off.

The only Carbs I care about are under the hood!

I can see signs of it, after the being ground off, on the lower runner. Probably done so it could be stealthy.

I did that to a DP4B in the late 70's and painted it orange, nobody knew it was aluminum... whistling
