Hi all . As some will have seen the link i put up to this past weekends racing , i raced at the Sunset Strip in Mildura Victoria . It was the Twilight Nationsls . Penultimate round of this season . Sunset Strip is a 12 hour drive each way , drove the Plymouth as i dont have a trailer etc . Man the fuel bill wasnt great A$2.28/litre so A$9.28/US gallon . Result well worth it .
I race in Super Street , 10.00/12.99 DYO 1/8mile track . Very hot weather over 3000da , 90+F , 80+ grains of water for 6 of 8 total passes . I was footbraking running 6.74, 6.72,6.74,6.72,6.72,6.71,6.70 and final 6.74 on brakes . First national series christmas tree win
Tex
