Turn the trans with the tail up, lift it by the tail and drop it on a flat hard surface. If that doesn't work, time to go gorilla, bolt a loose chain between two opposite drive bolts and use a heavy bar to shock it out. The converter hub is probably rusted into the inner pump gear.

Thanks I guess it doesn’t matter much but do you think any of this will damage the converter or transmission? If is stuck you can expect that there is damage. That's why it is stuck.
