Continuing on with the Super stocker project, FGT something: What is period correct for 70's-80's race cars? Tuff wheel 15 inch, grant 831 13.5 inch? Something else? I do like Tuff wheels.

Car allready has motorwheel fly replica rims from Bogart, a turboaction auto shifter(of course)

mytwocents The Tuff wheel. The Grant is too small. Especially if you do not have power steering.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Drag cars back then either ran the stock wheel (bigger diam = slower steering reaction, may go straighter depending on driver) or the smaller, lighter regular ol' Grant.
Like mine, ran SS/IA with good success back in the 70s...
I don't know what year it was swapped, though; early on, it had the stock wheel.
Car went straight as a string, though it had lots of + caster.

I had one like above but it had holes in each arm in the Duster and Savoy, later had same except it had a wooden ring with rivits. We also didn’t like the spongy grip only hard plastic or wood.
Just noticed you have same interior color as my Duster I’m building, what’s your exterior color? Mine is white
