Left hand side of the trunk edge under the rubber gaskets is were I have found the sequence number on other Mopars, I've never looked for one on a 1968 Baracuda My 1969 Dart GTS has it there also

68 Barracuda Notchback. I am pointing to where it is under the weather strip and the underneath Yes the bottom right of the fender tag will be stamped
