Good afternoon everyone
So on my 1970 Cuda (front disc/rear drum) I was bleeding the brakes and I think I tripped the proportioning valve (found a front bleeder screw not tight while doing the rear). While I was bleeding the brakes, I heard a click noise. I am now only getting fluid the passenger front caliper. Every other wheel is dry. Every single piece of the braking system is brand including the valve. Any suggestions on how to reset this?

Any help is greatly appreciated

The little rubber covered protrusion on the purporting valve usually does it. If the rubber is gone it looks like the end of like a 16 penny nail and sticks out maybe 1/4 inch.

Look for something like this weather its a cast or machined unit. This is a bit newer unit but same process, Id think.

Generally, they cut off the front or the rear, but everything but one of the four.

The FSM has the reset procedure if there is one. Here's a link to an electronic copy.

The circled part is the metering valve. What you probably heard click is the piston that triggers the warning light.

The book says it should re-center itself when pressure is applied to the working system but, if not, the switch has to be removed and the piston re-centered manually.

Sometimes just step on the brake pedal hard and fast.

So thank you everyone for the help.....I'm an idiot. I accidentally swapped two lines so both Master cylinder reservoirs were going into the front wheels block. That's why I only had the front right getting fluid. I swapped the lines and got it to bleed.

Now I am going to grab a beer and reflect.

Thank you everyone for the help
