I am looking for suggestions on getting a car transported across the border ASAP

I travelled 2400 miles from Illinois to Seattle to pick up a new toy in Vancouver. I was stopped at the border and deemed "unfit" to enter the country. I had an altercation 7 years ago which required a court appearance. Problem was resolved back then, but apparently the border guard decided I need to apply for "rehabilitation" from the Canadian government before I can be allowed into the country. This should only be a few week process.

So I am not able to pick up the car I was buying.

The current owner claims he has no way to bring the car down to me.

The car is supposedly still titled in Washington.

Any help would be appreciated.
