I picked up this 91 W150 out of Georgia this week. Sports a new paint job, solid rust free truck. 2" lift, 318, headers true dual exhaust, performer intake Demon carb (needs a tune) Int is nice but needs a seat cover, PS, PB, AC. Runs pretty good. Going to get out and tune it up today, if it isn't 100 and humid.

That's a nice clean truck for 30 years old! It is...One reason I bought it.

Very nice. One of my favorite Dodge truck grills next to some of the 72-80 ones.

Looks nice! Very nice. One of my favorite Dodge truck grills next to some of the 72-80 ones. I agree about the grille but I always found it a bit strange how it fits the existing sheet metal.. but can't blame them for not changing that part of it.

Those still had carburetors in 1991? I thought they had TBI by 1989. If it was converted, how will you pass an emission test? Are your vehicles exempt from testing after a certain amount of time? Looks nice. I still prefer a short bed, regular cab truck! 318's were TBI in 88. Somebody swapped the intake and added a Demon carb, a tad to big. It doesn't have factory exhaust or any of the emission stuff. Here in Maryland you can tag it as Historic if it is 20+ years old, no emissions. It also has MSD.

Nice truck I had the same rims on the W-150 reg. cab long bed I bought new in 1989...but they were silver from the factory, someone painted yours black sometime in the past. My truck also had the 318 TBI setup...never seemed to have enough power, which is why I ended up selling it a couple years later. Good luck with yours!
