As of today, I have now stopped smoking for 9 years. That translates into 82,172 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $27,322.34. Calculated at 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 9 months, 1 week, 5 days, 7 hours, 42 minutes, 14 seconds. (There are 4 additional leap year days in the calc that I did not include....too complicated ) https://whyquit.com/free-quit-smoking-meter-calculator.htmlhttps://whyquit.com/whyquit/LinksAAddiction.htmlhttps://whyquit.com/ffn/index.htmlhttps://whyquit.com/joel/ntap.pdf

First off, congratulations on not only doing it but sticking with it. It is a constant mental battle to stay off the weed. I enjoyed smoking, if I could I'd be smoking right now. Quit in '96 following a heart attack. My cardiologist at the time looked at me in my hospital bed and said the immortal words that changed my life:
"If you continue to smoke, you are going to die."
And the rest is history.
"We live in a time when intelligent people are being silenced so that stupid people won't be offended".

Never smoked, but glad you quit.
It really doesn't matter whether you win or lose… as long as you look good doing it!
