i searched for the link used for the group buy of wix filters before posting this.
when i clicked on the link, i got a "security risk if you continue" message, so i quit right there.
is this still available to Moparts members ?
if so, has there been a link change ?
as always, you guys know more than me, so Thanks In Advance !! up bow

I don't know what you're seeing but it's all good here.

https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/56314/5.html

The new Filter 1 site has just gone live! Now when you order just use coupon code moparts for the Moparts member discount.

The discount will show as a single discount on your order total, but will come out to the same unit prices. We're working on getting it to show on all unit prices.

Feel free to register an account as you're checking out, and your shipping info will be saved for future use. You can also use our My Vehicle Catalog to create a catalog of your vehicles.

This information is also posted here: www.filter1.com/moparts <----I just checked out the link, no security warning for me while using firefox, malwarebytes, superantispyware and Sophos home.

Thank you all very much for your business!

Question... If we buy Wix are we going to get actual Wix or the M-H ones in Wix packaging? Thanks in advance!

thanks for the response 300 !
i don't know what i clicked on, but your filter 1 link worked. i am using firefox and the others you have listed, and the only thing i can think of, i clicked on a real old [2012 ?] link, and that may have been my security problem ?
i have bookmarked your site, and i'm ready to order in a day or so.
one question i have. what is the difference between a 51515 and a 51515XP ?
thanks again ! boogie

I don't know the answer to yours or Ron's question. I just know I have a lifetime + supply of 51773 filters. I had no idea way back when I ordered them ma mopar changed the standpipe on the '08 and later Hemis. flame laugh2 Ah, well, I just let the dealer do them these days...

I think it depends on what they have in stock at the time. My last order from Filter1 was all WIX. Suppose the have no control over what is sent to them from Wix.
I think if you order an XP version you will get Wix as there is no M-H equal for that one.

I remember a post about Wix filters and that they were now in the group being made overseas and no longer of the quality they use to be. It also had a list of the best rated filters following comprehensive testing. I wish I could find the chart but I do remember some of the top ones were K&N, Amsoil, Mobil1, and Royal Purple.

Facts are stubborn things.
