Depends on your rendition of "best"; if best is cheapest and you don't mind spending the time to do it RIGHT, then go for it; but if you don't have the know how or patience then either have a buddy do it or buy from one of the mentioned vendors for pre bent; I do all my own! If FineLines, Inline Tube etc were local I may think different. but then again i've called and they have yet to have lines available for anything I've needed lines for.

You can kind of just walk in, what I did was call in my order and they called me when it was ready. Then I drove over there and picked it up. I would definately call first as sometimes they do not have stuff in stock and it could take several weeks to get it. One of my fuel lines was out of stock and took 2 weeks to make.
