Ring gears for a manual trans are available and can be DIY. For you, you're looking at either buying another converter or sending it to a converter company to get it replaced as its welded on.

The bendix on my starter failed and the ate 3 teeth on the ring gear of my tc, where can I get a USA made ring gear - 11” 24-2700 stall…A&A doesn’t show on their website…TIA Pioneer industries sells a 130 tooth, and a 172 tooth, you could contact them for exact diameters to see if one would fit. I got one at autozone.
