The bendix on my starter failed and the ate 3 teeth on the ring gear of my tc, where can I get a USA made ring gear - 11” 24-2700 stall…A&A doesn’t show on their website…TIA

Ring gears for a manual trans are available and can be DIY. For you, you're looking at either buying another converter or sending it to a converter company to get it replaced as its welded on.

The service procedure is called out in the earlier service manuals. Grind the weld off, remove the ring, heat the new one up and slide it on.
Tack weld it.

Pioneer industries sells a 130 tooth, and a 172 tooth, you could contact them for exact diameters to see if one would fit. I got one at autozone.
