VL 72 f/s VL72RH what is the difference? Can the RH( listed for six pack and hemi application ) be used in regular 440 with no problems?

I don't think so. The 6bbl cam used a "low taper" design.

iagree
The 1970 and 1971 Street Hemi motors used the same lifters and low tapered lobe design as the 1969 1/2 , 1970 and 1971 six pack 440 motors used.
Buy the proper lifters for your motor to match the cam lobes up
