 ......for what your going to spend on the conversion kits, your time to install them, cleaning up any rust issuses, stipping paint, fixing dents, etc.....IMHO your better off calling AMD for a shaker hood,....flat hoods are at a premium now, because they were cobbled up for shaker conversions the last few years,.....buy direct from AMD,....$950 a hood, and you can order it with or without pin holes,....Cuda or Challenger, and just because it's repro dosen't mean it's always gonna be around......so don't hesitate.....They are nice, and fit perfectly I've purchased 2 Cuda, and 1 Challenger hood so far 
The conversion kit will cost $500 + additional materials, not to mention your time,
