That looks great Jay! I just did something similar. I am not good at making wiring pretty but this all works and it is easy to add sensors or functions without much trouble.
Take in mind this covers the fuel injection, ignition, datalogging, and electrical for everything but the lights and wipers. Its still uglier than I wanted though lol.

a couple things i would like to see. please do not be offended, as this is offered as a safety tip. i noticed a couple of wires going through drilled holes. those need grommets to protect the wire insulation. also, i like to see wire bundles going through body cavities, like the kick panel area shown, protected by something [even that GM split plastic ridged stuff] so as to keep the bundle safe from rubbing on the edges of the cavity openings.

Nylon oil pressure line inside the passenger compartment is a no no too. That looks like the nylon vacuum line and oil pressure is a braided line. Clean up looks nice J.

-2 steel for oil Nylon is for the vacuum gauge I might be a hack but not that hack!
