Well I think I will just continue to run my race car on the street, looks a lot safer.

Cuda did look cool though up

We tech our own cars which it seems I spotted many in that vid who do not.

The least worrisome here.

LOL, thanks Wes! That was a shootout from 2014 I believe. I was still all motor then and blew the tires off right at the hit. Would have been a close run had it hooked, but oh well. That was Tyler Roller I was racing...he was on the Street Outlaws SC team driving the red big tire 2000 or so model mustang. The little mustang he was driving against me was a SBF w/ nitrous and ran low-ish 9s.
The white 5.0 mustang and the gray Lightning are both owned by a friend of mine. Truck ran low 10s back then. Mustang was in the mid to high 9s IIRC.
Molly, the white Firebird that broke, is/was owned by Mario who now has the white "Ghost" corvette small tire grudge car (car is all over youtube). Big money in his rides.
The gray turbo mustang (Derek Reynolds) was probably running low 5s back then. Deep into the 4s now. Still SBF powered surprisingly.

Haha! Cool man. Good times for sure.

I didn't hear you purge so I figured you were on motor-only or it was an old video. Cut just posted it to his site last month, so he must be digging up old stuff to entertain folks. His vid's are entertaining, especially when he was covering Stevie Fast LOL.

What a great group of Americans having fun together racing. This video is one of the most telling and truthful race related videos I've seen in this country in a long time. Chip, I love that Hemi 'Cuda of yours. It's badazz!

1970 Plymouth 'Cuda #'s 440-6(block in storage)currently 493" 6 pack, Shaker, 5 speed Passon, 4.10's
1968 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible 408 Magnum EFI with 4 speed automatic overdrive, 3800 stall lock-up converter and 4.30's (closest thing to an automatic 5 speed going)

Yes, Ndacut, Cut, Maurice, whatever you want to call him, does some good videos and some interesting commentary, lol.

JBC426...thankyou! I used to love those shootouts! They are few and far between nowadays, unfortunately. Everyone is hung up on 28/275 racing so those rules trickle down to the streetcar stuff making my car (on 295-65 tires) illegal. Makes no sense to me, but it is what it is. Not to mention I'm always behind the times...a day late and a dollar short so to speak. I stepped up to nitrous and I'm going a lot faster now, but there's 4 sec turbo cars all over the place now it seems like, lol.
