I just purchased a 426 Hemi six pac intake from Indy Cylinder Head.I can't wait to try it. Is anyone running this intake? I would appreciate your input. Thanks Bob

does it look like this one? {quote} The Dayclona Hemi Sixpack manifolds are based on a factory dualplane design of the 66-71 street Hemi manifolds, my manifolds are a true dual plane 6 pak design, not an adapter plate,.... plus my manifolds retain the factory coil bracket location, and heat tubes.......Would be nice to see a pic of Indy manifold with the top off?.....Bob? That indy being a straight runner design, I'd say your going to need some serious "jetting" on all 3 carbs?........I'd be interesting to see the outcome of your installation?......keep us posted Bob Mike

Mike, How much are your manifolds? Can you show a picture of the manifold by itself, less carbs?
Snoop,.....I get $1200 to produce a bare manifold, each one is individually made, no mass production!,....so your paying for my manual labour time on a milling machine, and hand porting not a CNC program, throttle brackets are custom, and are a blend of Hemi and sixpack style, to make them unique to the manifold, factory aircleaners/ coldair systems fit,......... because the Hemi manifold has no provisions for a choke, the center carb either goes without, or uses a custom choke set-up like a factory 71 only Hemi E/B body manual dash set up,.......
I have some bare manifold shots,....I'll have the kid "upload/download"? .....I can post pics, but other "puter" stuff I leave to the kid, so I don't screw it up!

Quote:
So whose is this one?
John, that's the Mopar Performance "stillborn plastic prototype" manifold displayed at SEMA a few years ago,......took them 2 yrs of "research" to "make" that.....
after debuting my Dayclona dual plane Hemi Sixpack manifold( based on Tom Hoovers designs/prototypes) atop the 71 white daytona in 2002, and the winged BlackBee in 2003.... I talked to D.Hakim back in 2002/3 about a possible "joint" venture to produce 426 Hemi Sixpack manifolds,.....he fained some interest......then claimed there was no interest,.......but was later working with S. Atwell, and/or K. Black to develope the manifold,.....even though I already had street proven units to offer for R/D, and dyno comparisons........as you can see MP, after 7 years, still has no Hemi 6pak manifold to offer, and proberly never will
Customers car outfitted with Dayclona Hemi+6 manifold
