What is that top row? I never have seen that before? Maybe a rebuilders mark?

1965 Hemi engines has Aluminum heads and thin balancers. This is the casting date of my 1965 Hemi Block that was placed between the frame rails of a 1965 B Body. Not all 1965 Cast block went into 1965 car. Look at the top pad on what I am posting and that tells you this is a 1965 High Compression Hemi Block.
