I mounted my suction side fitting to the pump on top of the front of passenger side valve cover with the bypass valve beside it with the instructions I receive from GZ motor sports on my unit right next to suction side fitting. I added a long thin full width baffle with 1/4 inch holes in it under both fittings so it can suck oil off of the rocker arms and pushrods. On your deal I would add a baffle and move the pressure relief valve to the motor as close as i could get it to the vacuum hose I had similar issues with mine at first until I added the baffle, it was blowing oil out of the breather cap after two runs, not anymore

What cyl heads?? Sounds like you have a lot of oil up top. Consider a better baffle in front of your pick up. I have an .080 sheet of alum that is within .100 of the valve cover as a baffle in front of my pick up. It just sounds like your overwhelming your pick up with oil under decel.

The heads are Indy -1's & the block is an Indymaxx so yeah, there's not a great big hole for the oil to drain back. But I am running a dry sump & one scavenge point is in the valley at the back where oil accumulates under hard acceleration. The vac pump is pulling from the front of the covers & the baffles are well protecting the exit point. The relief is one that mounts to the pump so its not that easy to mount on the engine, but I don't really see that as a cure. I've just added the Moroso oil seperator to try at the next outing. I had it so I just made a small hose & plumbed it in.

What puke tank are you using and how is it plumbed? Is it shared with the dry sump tanks puke tank? FWIW on my car I pull 19" of vaccuum and see noting but water. The dragster pulls 14" when sealed up and also pulls nothing but water. Both are pulled off of one valvecover. Be more intersted in your puke tank and plumbing at this point since you say it is not full but blowing everywhere.

Kinda hard to see as all my hoses are black, but yes it does share with the drysump tank & it just feeds via the fitting that comes with the Stefs system. I never get water, ever, only oil.
